It is not uncommon for me to find pictures or letters around the house that Jenna has drawn or written for me. She takes great pride in finding unusual hiding spots to leave these sentiments. Sometimes she'll slip it into a book she knows I am reading, or under my pillow. To date, her craftiest location has been the sleeve of my bathrobe. She envisions my unsuspecting surprise when I happen across one of her poems, masterpieces or "Odes to Mommy." This one came to me straight from her hand with a very simple, "Here Mommy." And then tra-la-la, she goes off until the next time.
