It's that time of the year with all of the beautiful lights and decorations! Everywhere you go, there are signs that Christmas is nearing. The other night I was coming home from picking up a pizza and I intentionally took "the long way" back to the house in order to enjoy some lights. That, and I wasn't in a big hurry to get home. The kids had been driving me nuts all day!
Everyone in our neighborhood does a tasteful job of decking their halls. I remember one house when I was a kid that left some fake greenery wreaths up for an entire year and how ugly they looked in July, yet they were a sight to behold in December. Like I tell my kids, there is a time and a place for everything. Well, most everything.
Take a look at this YouTube video featuring a light display that is out of this world. It's beautiful and rather high-tech. But I wonder what their neighbors think of this.
