How sad is it when you are so hungry for cake, but too busy to bake a cake, that you buy a frozen Pepperidge Farm cake at the grocery store?
Honestly, it doesn't take that long to bake a cake from a mix.
Kroger had them on sale last week and I had a coupon so they were practically giving them away, which completely justified my purchase of the frozen cake.
Cake craving averted.
I promise, I will post a real, homemade cake recipe soon. This month has been nuts and my family has been lucky to have a decent meal, let alone a homemade cake!
