National Pancake Day

I don't know who decides when National Pancake Day is.  Maybe there's an official Pancake Association or something. 

Who knows?!

All I know is that my "sources" tell me that Tuesday, February 28th is National Pancake Day.

So, for the love of pancakes...

Make some for your family!

I'll be making these legendary Buttermilk Pancakes that I've been whipping up for my family for a couple of years now.  This is what I make when we have "breakfast for dinner."  I do not make these for breakfast, though.  I'd have to get up way too early in the morning to make these.  That and I don't like to dirty a lot of dishes too early in the day and these require lots of different sized bowls.  But they are totally worth it for dinner! 

Throw in some blueberries while you're at it.  Your family will worship the ground you walk on!
